How do I know you received my thank you gift selection order?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order to the e-mail address you provide. When your prize selection ships, you will receive another e-mail update with the UPS tracking number.
When will I receive my thank you gift selection?
Your selection will be shipped within 10 working days after receipt of your order. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you place your order for delivery.
When does my thank you gift selection expire?
The expiration date for prize redemption is printed on the front of your gift certificate. The certificate expires 120 days from the date of issuance.
I received a similar thank you gift, but not the exact one that I selected?
In some cases an item will have to be substituted with a similar thank you gift of greater or equal value. We strive to offer products that will be available throughout the program, but cannot guarantee availability of exact items.
I would like to exchange my thank you gift for a different thank you gift.
The American Heart Association does not allow the exchange of a thank you gift selection.
I received my prize selection and it arrived broken or does not work.
